Membership Terms

Herbaldashery’s Health Club (HHC) is a Private Sector Private Health Club which uses diet and herbal programs to cleanse and rebuild the human body. As a Private Sector Private Health Club, we offer information and guidance pertaining to diet and herbal health programs. Your signature is considered your pledge of acceptance to the terms of this Membership Agreement.

I enter into this Participation Agreement of my own free will, without any pressure or promise of a “cure.” I choose to establish this agreement between myself and HHC’s Private Health Club for the express purpose of exchanging information pertaining directly to empowering one to achieve their best health, the natural way. The information provided by the Herbaldashery team is based upon the science of Chemistry and Physics and has been interpreted, simplified, and shared by Bambi Johnson M.H.

Herbaldashery believes the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees our members the right to free speech, petition, assembly and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another to attain vibrant health by asserting our rights under the Federal and State Constitutions and Statutes. It is hereby declared that we, as a Private Sector Private Health Club are exercising our right of “Freedom of Assembly” as guaranteed by both the 1st and 14th Amendments of the U.S Constitution and the equivalent provisions of the various State Declarations. This means any activities through or within Herbaldashery are restricted to that of the Private Domain only. Further, the application of any learned techniques intended to remedy my personal health considerations without a medical doctor’s approval, is also of my own free will and is considered an act of exercising my Constitutional Rights.

I attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit in person or via the website (including electronic communications) are solely of my own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any federal, state, or local agency, whose purpose is to regulate and approve products, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation. My activities within HHC are considered a private matter that I refuse to share with any State or Federal Regulatory Board, the FDA, FTC, Medicaid or my own insurance company without express written permission. All records or documents remain the property of Herbaldashery, even when I retain a copy. Because the privacy and security of records maintained within Herbaldashery are strictly protected, documentation will only be released when requested in writing personally from the participant. I agree to waive all HIPAA privacy rights and complaint processes, and understand that Herbaldashery does not participate in medical insurance plans, or collections on behalf of any member, but will provide a suitable invoice for the member to pursue reimbursement by their own insurance company, if applicable.

Representatives of Herbaldashery who provide services or information, do so as empowerment and guidance coaches and not in the capacity of licensed health care providers. I understand that no ‘doctor-patient’ relationship exists, rather an at-will educational and empowering mutual relationship. I understand it is my own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered to me by any of the Herbaldashery team, and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks and desirability of any information provided.

I willingly provide representatives of HHC permissions (all rights) to discuss openly and freely, my personal health concerns as well as solutions to these issues, amongst each other. Any information shared by representatives of Herbaldashery including (but not limited to) diet, nutritional, herbal, homeopathic, fasting, cleansing or any other health information, is solely for educational purposes only and does not involve or include diagnosing, treatment, or prescribing of remedies for the treatment of diseases and should not be considered a substitute for medically necessary diagnostics.

I fully agree to hold harmless any member or representative of HHC with whom I communicate in any manner. I assume total responsibility and liability for my actions. I agree not to file a malpractice lawsuit against a fellow member of HHC, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil. I further acknowledge that members of HHC do not carry malpractice insurance. I agree that violation of any terms or clauses within this agreement will result in a no-contest legal proceeding against me.

I understand that I can withdraw from this Agreement and terminate my participation at any time. If I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other team-member or other participant of this Private Sector Private Health Club, my membership will be dismissed, and access to all services will cease.

This agreement is intended to establish a mutual trust, relationship, and understanding. I recognize my signature upon this agreement entitles me to access to benefits provided by HHC, beyond those associated with the Freedom of Assembly, and those Protections and Civil Rights our Constitution provides. Membership provides exclusive access to a full line of herbal/botanical formulas, a variety of Clinic Services (a full listing of services can be presented upon request), educational information, Counseling Services, personalized herbal recommendations, and educational videos and messages shared by HHC personally.

I agree to and digitally sign this affidavit, without coercion or remuneration, in exchange for access to benefits this Private Health Club offers. By clicking “I agree” at the time of creating my membership, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the above-stated terms.

Q. Website Accuracy and Pricing Policy

A. We strive to ensure that the contents of our website are as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, we are only human (robots haven’t taken over the world yet), and as such mistakes do happen. We strive to provide accurate technical information and representative photos on our site at all times, however, this site is intended to be a guide only. Some items illustrated are for display purposes only, may not be exact. Not all depicted items are necessarily included in the purchase price. Technical specifications may change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors. In the event there is a pricing misprint, we reserve the right to correct or change pricing to reflect current status. If you notice any errors or omissions on our site, please contact us.


Q. How do I add, modify, or cancel my order?

A. Orders can be modified, added to, and/or cancelled at any time prior to shipping (excluding special order items). Should you wish to cancel an item or order which has not been shipped please contact the customer service department at orders@herbaldashery.com with your order number. You will be advised if your merchandise has already been shipped or if cancellation is allowed. You may be responsible for shipping and restocking charges that have already been incurred. Ordering a special order item sets off a chain of events and as such cannot be cancelled.


Q. What happens of an item I ordered is no longer available and/or pricing has changed?

A. If an item is no longer available, pricing and/or shipping costs have changed, we will contact you with the information neeeded for you to make an informed decision as to how you would like to handle the issue. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.


Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
We do not accept any COD orders, all payments must be made in advance.
Payments by check may be accepted in special circumstances. There is a $35 service charge on all returned checks.


Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. All orders shipped to an address within Texas are subject to sales tax. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of Texas. All duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the receiver.


Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. Our office ships orders around the world daily Monday through Friday excluding certain holidays. In-stock products typically ship within 24 hours (depending on the items ordered). Most items take 3-5 days for standard shipping after the order is processed. We will contact you if there is an issue with your order or a delay in shipping.


Q. What is your return policy?

A. We understand that things happen and you might need to return or exchange the items you just ordered. All items (except custom and/or special order items) may be returned and/or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be received within 30 days in new, unused and resalable condition. Item must be in the original packaging with tags still attached. All returned items are subject to a close inspection prior to acceptance. Refunds are contingent upon the item meeting the requirements for acceptance. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Clearance, Special Order and Custom items are non-returnable. To process any return please contact us for a return authorization.

Q. What is your shipping policy?

A. While we are human, we like to use the robots as much as possible. Shipping is automatically calculated for most items. There is a shipping calculator available during the checkout process.
Oversize and Overweight items may have a additional packaging and handling fees assessed in addition to the calculated shipping. These charges will appear below the item they apply to in your shopping basket. Certain items are too large to be handled by small package carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and must be delivered by a freight company.
There are some times that our shipping system will not be able to calculate a shipping charge. At that time, you will see an “Estimated Shipping” charge during checkout. Continue with your order, and we will contact you withing 24 to 48 business hours to finalize the shipping charge.
